Our head sushi chef is professionally trained from The International Sushi Academy in Los Angeles, California and has over 18 years experience. Our other chefs have all mentored under him and are proud to be able to serve fresh and delicious culinary creations. Everything is made to order for you!

In September of 2018, Kabuki Sushi & Grill was awarded Peoria City Mayor Cathy Carlot's Restaurant of the Month with special recommendation by the Peoria Fire Department.
